Volunteer work

Working in concert with SouthStar CDC's Neighbors Helping Neighbors program, we joined with the Hands on Atlanta Day to work on three homes of eldery residents in the SAND neighborhood.

We teamed up some volunteers from VSA arts of Georgia and Hands on Atlanta to build a wheel chair ramp for Janet.

Some of my best experiences as a volunteer were with Habitat for Humanity of Valdosta/Lowndes County and with the Washington Quaker Workcamp.
